APPLICATION METHOD:
By brush and by spray, both manual and automatic.
PRODUCT PREPARATION:
Mix the cans well before use. The product can be used as it is or mixed with the other colours from the same series
to obtain different shades (see table below). It is also possible to tone it with both iron oxide pastes EY M470/TXX
and TY M003 TXX (but only for interior) up to a maximum of 3%.
To increase the chemical and physical resistances and to stop yellowing due to the presence of tannin, typical of
some wood species, we recommend catalysing with YC M402 at 4%.
If it is necessary to remove traces of dirt from the product (sawdust, incompatible material), use a 100-micron bag.
OVERCOATING FOR EXTERIOR:
It is not necessary for exterior. Catalysis on the last coat is recommended. For restoration, sanding is not
necessary; if needed, directly apply one coat of the same product catalysed with YC M402 at 4%.
OVERCOATING FOR INTERIOR:
We recommend applying 1 or 2 coats (catalysed on tannic woods) and applying, without sanding, two coats of selfsealer YO-20M838 or YO-20M839 catalysed with YC M403 at 10%.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Polish with 120/150-grit paper. The wood must be clean and free from dust.In case of outdoor objects placed in very aggressive and particularly humid environments, we recommend first applying one coat of water-based primer YM—C191 or YM—M101.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Brush: only with mixed bristles or synthetic fibres. Spray: manual or automatic
PACKING MATERIAL:
It must be suitable for contact with water-based coating films. Avoid polystyrene, PVC or corrugated cardboard.
NOTE ED AVVERTENZE:
• Mix the product well before use.
• Do not apply if the substrate is wet or during rainy days.
• If the product is stored at temperatures between 5 and 35°C, the shelf life is 18 months.
• On application, the temperature of the product, the substrate and the environment must not fall below 15°C. Coatings applied at lower temperatures
will show chemical and mechanical properties lower than standard performances that can be normally achieved.
• Coating leftovers (cleansing water, cabin water, waste coating) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose of residues directly
into drains.
• Application tools must be cleaned with water after use. When dry films have to be removed, special detergent AY—M460 should be used, letting it
work overnight and then cleansing it with water.
