RECOMMENDED USE:
It may be applied by roller coating machine. It is advisable to mix with TM—M006,
TM—M008, or TM—L462
It may be added with a +/- 5% ratio in product with UV drying (colour T03 has
limited stability)
May be applied also by spray
APPLICATION METHOD:
Roller-coating machine or airmix
PRODUCT PREPARATION:
Thin colors at least 1:1 with DT—M071 for roller application
Thin colors at least 1:2 with PU thinners DN—M020 and DT—M074. for spray
application

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Sanding the bare wood with 180-220 grit paper.
OVERCOATING:
With nitro, acrylic PU and PE coatings.
Always check adhesion on the stain especially when stain concentration is very high and in acrylic cycles.
GENERAL REMARKS:
High percentages of stain may affect standard drying conditions of UV basecoat and/or topcoat.
The product has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, some settlement may occur. It is
therefore advisable to homogenize the product well before use.
