APPLICATION METHOD:
conventional air gun, airless, airmix and curtain coater
PROCUCT PREPARATION:

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Sand the substrate with 180 grit paper. Remove the residues accurately
OVER COATING:
with PU or NC topcoats
ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS:
FC—M043 at 30% by weight To improve wettability and pot life
FC—M045 at 20% by weight To improve wettability and pot life. Drying takes longer.
Suitable for summer season
FC—M040 at 30% by weight Anti-yellowing hardener with a reactivity similar to FC—M042 for coating
systems with patinas.
FC—M191 at 30% by weight To get a good adhesion even on substrates not properly cleaned from the
residues of the release agent
ALTERNATIVE THINNERS:
DF—M003 During summertime or in case of hot temperature and humidity
DF—M005 For curtain coater application
GENERAL REMARKS:
Unlimited shelf life. After a prolonged storage period, mix very well the product before use.
FL—M720/–C02 presents high elasticity. However, an application test is always recommended, especially
in case of substrates subject to strong handling (double panel, wooden multilayer; high thickness and low
density MDF).
In case of application on polyurethane foam, we suggest to clean the substrate in advance with acetone in
order to remove possible residues of release agent which may affect adhesion
