APPLICATION CARACTHERISTICS :

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Clean the surface and sand with 120-150 grit sandpaper. Remove the old coating film completely.
BASECOAT AND TOPCOAT PREPARATION FOR THE APPLICATION:
Dilute up to a maximum of 20% with PU thinner. Please note that the amount of product to be applied must be recalculated based on the dilution.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Apply 2 coats of white basecoat FL0511 spreading rate weight150 g/sqm each coat.Drying time 24 hours; sanding lightly with 320 grit sandpaper.Apply 1 coat of white pigmented topcoat FOXX11 + pigmented paste EF—M060/CX max 5% spreading rate weight 150 g/sqm.Total quantity to be applied: 450 g/sqm.
MAINTENANCE:
Surface can be cleaned with mild detergent and wet cloth, dry thoroughly after cleaning.To keep the product certificate it is recommended that you periodically check the condition of the coating
film. If the support must be restored, apply the same approved amounts
GENERAL INFORMATION:
– Always mix the product well before use.
-Coating left over (washing water, water from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose of residues directly in the sewerage system.
– After long storage periods, always check for any presence of sediment at the bottom of the container and homogenize the product well before use.
– Do not store above 55° C.
-In some environmental conditions, the product can develop some sensitivity to moisture. Avoid using it in very damp premises.
