SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
With acrylic basecoat JL—M073 or JL—M070 for anti-yellowing coating systems.
JO-XXM073 can also be applied on any type of PU, PE or UV basecoats.
ALTERNATIVE HARDENER:
FC—M072 at 10% decreases the drying time.
FC—M073 at 10% decreases the drying time even more.
GENERAL REMARKS:
It is possible to increase the product’s surface hardness, the film’s toughness and its resistance to removal by
increasing the quantity of hardener up to 20%. In this case, the drying will be slightly slower and the dried film will show
a higher gloss level. The pot life will be a little shorter.
If applied on bleached wood, wait at least 48 h after bleaching.
The product has anti-yellowing properties. However, we recommend adding UV absorber AF—M900 at 3-5% on
bleached and light woods.
The product has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, some settlement may occur. It is therefore
advisable to homogenize the product well before using it.
