WATERBASED LACQUER FOR FURNITURE

MAIN PROPERTIES:
• Ideal base to be mixed with pigmented pastes from EF—M060/–CXX range to obtain any high-gloss pigmented
topcoat (RAL colours, Renner ColorSystem, NCS etc.)
• Recommended ratio FB—M066/–NTR : Paste is 70 : 30 (only with Black pastes C01-NRO the recommended ratio
converter : paste = 85 :15)
• Recommended ratio FB—M066/–BNC : Paste = 100 : 5 max.
• Excellent colour reproduction
• Absence of rub-out phenomena
• Non yellowing (with FC—M690, FC—M640 or FC—M648 hardeners)
• Can be applied by spray or by curtain coater
• Drying is regular; no pinholes are formed even with high application weights.
• High gloss level
• Good hiding power on edges
• Good surface hardness
• Excellent dilatation

APPLICATION METHOD:

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
It can be applied on any type of PU, PE or UV basecoat, previously sanded with 400 grit paper
ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS:
FC—M006 at 50% High solid
FC—M220 at 50% Improve wet ability
ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS:
FC—M640 Non yellowing. It reduces drying time. Suitable for pure white colours, pastel colours and dark colours.
FC—M648 Non yellowing (also suitable for pastel colours). It reduces drying time, slightly reduces the hiding power.
FC—M612 Suitable for dark colours. It improves the hiding power and reduces drying time. Not suitable for light
colours, due to yellowing.
GENERAL REMARKS:
The product has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, some settlement may occur. Therefore, we
recommend stirring the product well before using it. If used with manual tintometers, please refer to Renner Formulas to
obtain the colours reported in the relevant colour charts.
