SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
: clean very well the glass from oil and dirt residues. We recommend to use AG—M500/—. It is necessary to apply on the glass a thick layer of GO—M588 in order to create a stable film which will avoid the dispersion of the glass in case of accidental break. It is advisable to let the support drying at room temperature in order to let the wet film releasing the air. In this way the result will be high transparency.
CERTIFICATION:
The product applied 400 wet micron, obtained the Certification in class 1(B)1 according to the law UNI EN
12600:2004 (glass in building – pendulum impact test and classification for flat glass; test report n° 377767 dated November 30th 2020 from Giordano Certified Institute)
GENERAL REMARKS:
• Mix very well before use
• properly stored at temperatures between 5 and 35°C, shelf life is 18 months
• On application the temperature of the product, the substrate, the coating and the working environment should never fall below15°C
• Coatings applied at lower temperatures will show chemical and mechanical properties lower than standard performances that
can be normally achieved.
• Coating left over (washing waters, waters from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations.
Never dispose residues directly into drains.
• Application tools must be cleaned with water after use. When dry films must be removed, AY—M460, special detergent should
be used, letting it work overnight and then cleansing with water.
