MAIN PROPERTIES:
• Excellent adhesion on metallic substrates such
as aluminium, iron, galvanised steel, stainless steel.
• It can also be used as a direct topcoat on
melamine papers, where it provides excellent adhesion to the substrate.
• It can be pigmented in a ratio of 90:10 with PU pastes from series EF—M090/–CXX
• Spray application
• It can be used for all substrates that have
adhesion problems.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The product can be applied directly to metal. We recommend cleaning the substrate with thinner DP—PL80 to remove
grease or dirt residues that could affect the final adhesion.Cleaning is not strictly necessary if the metal has been sanded or sandblasted
ALTERNATIVE HARDENER:
FC—PL22 al 30% It further improves adhesion on various metallic substrates. The gloss looks higher.
ALTERNATIVE TINNER:
DF—M600 Improves the wettability of the substrate
GENERAL REMARKS:
It has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, homogenize the product well before using it.
Due to the large variety of melamine papers and metallic substrates available on the market, we recommend testing
the product first to check if the system is suitable for the selected substrate.
As mentioned above, it is necessary to properly thin the product to achieve an optimal flow
