SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
sanding the wood with 180 paper grit. If to be painted, use solvent based stains serie TM—M006 or TM—M007. The product can be applied on chemically bleached substrates.
OVERCOATING:
with acrylic topcoats JO-XXM070, JO-XXM072, JO-XXM073
ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS:
FC—M072 at 10% Quickens drying time
FC—M073 at 10% Further quickens dryng time
For improving film resistance and drying of substrate, the catalysis can be increase from 10% to 20%,. We
suggest this % increase in case of 3 coats of products and in case of automatic sanding machine .

GENERAL REMARKS:
The product has unlimited shelf life. However, after prolonged storage, some settlement may occur. It is
therefore advisable to homogenize well the product before using it.
Wait at least 48 hours before applying it on bleached wood.
Appling it at temperature lower than 15°C may cause film brittleness and/or unevenness drying.
Not suitable for application on one-pack vinyl isolator as FI—M196.
The protective action against the wood colour changing of the acrylic products on rich in resin and light wood
( softwoods such as pine, spruce, larch) is lower than one achievable on light hardwood such as birch, ash, maple.
